KELLY BECKER

Kelly Becker is one of the original founders and the President of CU RECOVERY, INC. and THE LOAN SERVICE CENTER, INC., both located in Wyoming, Minnesota.

CU Recovery was incorporated in 1990. The company specializes in charge off collection and repossession work. Their primary market niche is serving the Credit Union industry where they have served over 1600 Credit Unions nationally. Since the company's inception they have collected over $75,000,000 for their Credit Union clients as well as repossessing over 6000 pieces of collateral.

The Loan Service Center was incorporated in 1998. As the name suggests, the Loan Service Center services active Credit Union loan portfolios. Its' focus is to work with the 10-90 day delinquent member to prevent them from becoming a "charge off". The Loan Service Center provides staff to Credit Union collection departments on a part time, full time, temporary or permanent basis, to supplement existing collection department staff or to act as the collection department for the Credit Union.

Kelly's experience in heading an organization that collects on Credit Union charge-offs as well as working with the 10-90 day delinquent loans, provides us with a unique perspective into the minds and habits of delinquent members. He brings a real world approach to the task of managing account delinquency and we are confident that you will find his insight enlightening and informative
